Receptionist (Part-Time: 20-25 hours/week)
$15 per hour
The Mental Health, Addiction and Recovery Services (MHARS) Board of Lorain County seeks to hire an on-site, part-time Receptionist to work an average of 20 to 25 hours per week. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Supporting staff by performing clerical duties.
- Ensuring the office is ready to conduct business promptly at the start of each work day.
- Greeting and directing the general public, service providers, and visitors.
- Managing phones by routing and responding to calls, answering routine questions, and delivering accurate messages.
- Creating correspondence, memos, reports, forms, and other documents.
- Helping the Executive Assistant with the MHARS Board filing system, and individual staff filing.
- Assisting clients with completing the form and appropriate releases of information when client rights officers are unavailable.
- Participating in events that raise brand awareness and support the MHARS Board’s mission and vision.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- A high school diploma or GED.
