About Us
Maria is a professionally trained corporate facilitator and ICF certified coach with a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her work is grounded in the belief that real, lasting change happens at the intersection of self-awareness, skill-building, and intentional practice. Her workshop design, facilitation and coaching style is warm, challenging, and deeply collaborative meeting people and organizations exactly where they are and partnering with them to turn their vision into reality.
Maria draws on 35+ years of experience to design experiences that are intellectually rigorous, deeply resonant, and every tool, insight, and strategy is built to be used, not just understood.
